The availability of each item we sell on Zing.Store is shown on the product description page. Most in stock items ship within one business day of when you place your order (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.) (By “shipped,” we mean the item has left our fulfillment center.)
Our goal is to offer you the hottest items as soon as possible. We offer some of our items as pre-sale and will ship to you as soon as they become available. The availability of any item we sell is subject to change
If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail within 4 hours of placing an order, it may be due to the following:
1.Your e-mail provider may be blocking our attempts to communicate with you.
2. You may have entered your email address incorrectly when setting up your account.
Please check your Junk Mail folder and/or turn off your Spam Filter to allow e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org. You can then contact our Customer Service at 503.961.6464 to request that a new order confirmation e-mail be sent to you.
Also, please verify that you have typed your email address correctly when setting up your account. If there is a typo, please contact customer service to have the email address updated and the email sent to the correct address.
To prevent our e-mails from landing in your Junk Mail going forward, please add: email@example.com to your address book.
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return most items sold by Zing.Store within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a refund. Items that are not permitted to be replaced or returned are described under " zing.store return policy"

Step 2 : Prepare your package for return. Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from customer service. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing babbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.
Step 3: Ship your return based on the return shipping option you selected.
When you return an item, and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item and how the item was purchased.
Please allow 21 days to process your return. You will receive notification via e-mail or postal mail confirming that your return has been received and processed. If, after 21 days, you still have not received e-mail or written confirmation that your return has been processed, please contact our Customer Service Center at 503.961.6464 or send email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow up to two billing cycles for any eligible refund to appear on your credit card statement.

During the Return Merchandise Authorization, you can request a replacement for the same item if it arrives damaged. At this time, exchanges for different items are not possible, but you are welcome to place a new order on our website at zing.store
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order to help you choose a shipping option. Currently, our shipping options are as follows (please allow extra shipping time for orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands)
For shipments within the US:
Standard Shipping:Allow 7-10 business days from date shipped.
Priority Shipping:Allow 3-5 business days from date shipped.
Express Shipping: Allow 1-2 business days from date shipped.
For shipments to APO/FPO Addresses:
Standard Shipping only:allow a minimum of 4 weeks from date shipped.
If all items are in stock,express orders are shipped overnight for delivery within one business day. Express orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will ship the same business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) if all items are in stock. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.Priority / Express shipping is not currently available to shipping points in Canada and APO/FPO addresses.
We currently have a distribution center in Banks, Oregon to ship to both domestic and international orders.
Since lots of customers would like to have the products first before the container arrives at our facility, we then offer the new items to ship direct from the factory. This way our customer will receive the product before arriving in the US market. It will be marked on the product page " ship direct from the factory" This means only that item will be shipped directly from our factory in China. The shipping lead time will be a little longer , it takes around 14-15 business days to arrive.

The cost to ship items from each product category to any country varies by item, shipment and shipping option.
Greentree.store works closely with its carrier to provide a competitive shipping experience for our customers. Exact shipping charges are determined at the time of checkout based on the number of items, item type, weight and volume of all the items in the cart.

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and PayPal. If you select a credit card as your payment option, please enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes. We will also ask you to enter your credit card Security Number. (The Security Number is the 3-digit number on the back of MasterCard and Visa cards or the 4-digit number on the front of American Express cards). If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process then automatically proceed to paypal.com to enter your PayPal payment options. You will then be directed back to ZING.STORE to complete your order
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want a particular item or want to change the quantity, make the change then review your new subtotal to ensure accuracy before proceeding.
When you're ready to place an order for everything in your Shopping Cart, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form. Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments.
When you are ready, click the “Place order now” button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
When will my account be charged for an order?
Accounts will be pre-authorized for the shipment amount when the order is sent to our fulfillment center for shipping. Once the shipment has been sent, we will charge the account for the purchase. We will notify you via e-mail, phone or U.S. mail if there is a problem with your account.
Note:Pre-authorized amounts will drop off the method of payment unless used within 72 business hours or less.
PayPal is an alternate payment method for placing your order. It enables any customer with an email address to securely send payments online. With a US PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by ZING.store. If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process then automatically proceed to paypal.com to enter your PayPal payment options, you will then be directed back to ZING.store to complete your order.
