Shipping Policy
Shipping Overview
We ship to the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, and APO/FPO addresses.
Free U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders over $99. Additional fees may apply for non-contiguous U.S. destinations.
Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day after your order is placed, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Pre-order items will ship as soon as they become available.
Please note that product availability and shipping times may change.
Shipping Address
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
If you have an account, you can save and manage your shipping addresses for faster checkout. You may also add multiple shipping addresses when placing orders for more than one item.
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the contiguous United States:
- Standard Shipping: 7 to 10 business days from the date shipped
- Priority Shipping: 3 to 5 business days from the date shipped
- Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days from the date shipped
For orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses:
- Standard Shipping only: Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks
For orders shipped to Canada:
- Standard Shipping only: 7 to 10 business days from the date shipped, longer for outlying areas
Additional Fees
Please allow extra shipping time for orders delivered to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
Additional fees apply to certain destinations:
- $20 additional fee for shipments outside the contiguous U.S.
- $25 additional fee for shipments to Canada
Express Shipping
If all items in your order are in stock, express orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will ship the same business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship on the next business day.
Express shipping is not available for Canada.
Canada Orders
For shipments to Canada, the Canadian purchaser or recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all Canadian laws and regulations related to imported merchandise.
By placing an order for shipment to Canada, you authorize our Canadian customs broker to act as your agent, or the agent of the importer, with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear, report, and account for the imported merchandise and remit all applicable requirements.
At checkout:
- The amount listed under Shipping will include applicable duties and fees, in addition to freight and handling fees
- The amount listed under Taxes will include applicable sales tax
Multiple-Item Orders
We always try to ship your order in as few shipments as possible.
In some cases, if your order includes multiple items, it may be shipped separately so you can receive available items sooner.
If your order ships in multiple packages:
- You will only be charged the order-processing fee for the first shipment
- Any additional shipments will only incur the applicable per-pound shipping fee
Your final shipping cost will be shown on the order summary page before you submit your order.
