Return Policy
Return Eligibility
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, most items sold by Zing.Store may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, if eligible.
To start a return, please contact us at info@zing.store before sending anything back. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns.
Eligible Returns
Items may be eligible for return or replacement if:
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused and unopened
- The item is returned with an approved RMA
- The item is returned in its original condition
Ineligible Returns and Replacements
We cannot accept returns or replacements for:
- Opened items, unless they arrived damaged or defective
- Individual items from a bundled set or multi-item set
- If the product was sold as a set, the entire set must be returned
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at info@zing.store as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective item, if possible
We will review the issue and help you with a replacement or refund, if eligible.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, email info@zing.store with your order details and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions for sending the item back.
Please do not send any item back without an approved RMA. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Once you receive your RMA:
- Pack the item securely in a box
- You may reuse the original shipping box or use another sturdy box
- Remove or cover any old shipping labels or barcodes
- Attach the return shipping label clearly to the outside of the package
We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method for your return.
Replacements
If your item arrived damaged or defective, you may request a replacement for the same item, subject to availability.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for different items. If you would like a different product, please place a new order on zing.store.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Eligible refunds include:
- The purchase price of the item
- Applicable sales tax
Shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item, or another error on our side.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 21 days for your return to be received, reviewed, and processed.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive confirmation by email.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you by email or phone to arrange re-shipment.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible atΒ info@zing.store.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered the shipping process.
