Seller properly sent to out of state friend's address as this was a gift for her, very satisfied with transaction.

This was supposed to be a 2-day PRIME delivery. Item was marked as in stock when ordered. After ordering, ETA changed to 5 days. I contacted the store, Green Tree Toy who never contacted me back. I got a auto-reply: they were out of office and wouldn't be able to respond in a timely fashion. Then ETA changed again, this time to 6 days. That's too late for my nephews' birthday party. Your Response: Dear buyer, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Our store use the "fulfillment by amazon" service, meaning amazon is responsible for the shipping and delivery to our customers. Amazon promised to us that they will take good care of our customers. Unfortunately we have no control over the delivery process. I will contact Amazon right away for the issue and again, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Message from Amazon: "This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience."
